I’m sitting here watching Andrew play “Perfect Dark Zero” on the Xbox. He’s skipping school today so we can go down to Pittsburgh to pick up my sister and also pick up my iMac from the Apple store. I know very little about this game, even though I bought it, but at one point I looked up and saw this woman telling him how to shoot the gun at whatever the fuck needs to die. And I noticed how the game developers go to great lengths to make the female computer characters look like hot bitches. I can’t speak for the majority of the people that fall in a gaming console’s demographic, but I personally would feel really ashamed of myself if I ever, even in my inner monologue, said “Wow, that computer-generated girl is so hot.”
